Nabout tea is one of the best tried green tea . A wild and extremely refreshing green tea, grown in the highlands of Vietnam in Lam Dong Province. It extracts a smooth drink that combines sweet and sour taste at the same time. Green tea (Nabout green tea) produces light floral notes that become sweeter and fresher with every sip. A pleasant bitterness on the tongue emphasizes the sweet aftertaste that remains long after drinking the tea.
Shahi Nabout consists of one bud and two green tea leaves made in small batches of leaves that have been hand-sorted to ensure consistency of size. After a short wilting, the selected leaves are sawn off, rolled, and gradually dried under the direct supervision of people skilled in tea making. These experts use their senses to refresh and know the completion stage of each step of the tea leaf harvesting process.
The leaf-picking of Shahi Nabut takes place in a small town located in the misty mountains of Yen Bai County. It is an area surrounded by ancient shaded forests, at altitudes between 1,300 and 1,400 metres, where wild tea trees have been cultivated by Vietnamese families for hundreds of years. These families are still picking the finest tea leaves.
